Transmittance haze meter

Works
A collimated light beam is incident in a medium (such as transparent plastic), due to the unevenness of the optical properties of materials;
Surface defects, uneven internal organization, such as bubbles and impurities, the beam will change direction (diffusion and deflection), the light generating portion of said scattered light disorganized.

International regulations deviate from the incident light through the sample with the direction of the scattering and transmission of luminous flux ratio expressed as a percentage, which is called haze.
Haze large sample gives the impression will be more blurred.
The unique optical design to meet a variety of industry testing requirements on the size of the sample.

Use
0o haze meter illumination / diffuse optical structure observation can accurately measure the haze, the total transmittance and diffuse transmittance.
Quick and easy measurement of samples, you can hand-held sample measurements directly on the sample or specimen measuring port measurements.
Because the light source and the detector spacing between 90mm, the thickness of the sample is not a problem.

Calculation Method
Light through the sample will be generated when the loss of luminous flux that is transmitted through the specimen to the specimen is always less than the incident radiation flux.
Between the ratio expressed as a percentage, is defined as the transmittance internationally.
Reasons for the decline caused by light transmittance two surfaces of the specimen and the specimen reflection of light on the wavelength of the incident light of all or part of the wavelength of light energy absorption.
In the test sample haze and transmittance process must be measured incident flux (T1), transmission flux (T2), the instrument scattering flux (T3), the sample scattering flux (T4).

National Institute of Standards
According to national standard "GB2410-80" test method, light transmittance and haze value is calculated as follows:
Transmittance: Tt = T2 / T1 × 100% where T1 is 100
Haze: H = T4 / Tt 100% T3 0

Main purpose:
Instrument is suitable for the following types of materials, light transmittance and haze value determination.
A variety of transparent packaging film
A variety of colored and colorless glass
Aviation, automotive glass
Photographic film film base, PC, PMMC material
Various types of aviation, motorcycle helmets, eyeglass lenses
