UV is the English abbreviation of ultraviolet light ultraviolet, UV drying system for printing, mainly refers to the printing ink fast drying device, made by UV energy curing.
The principle of UV curing:
Adding photoinitiator in resin special formula of (photosensitizer), after absorption of light curing equipment in the high intensity of ultraviolet light, free radicals or ions, thereby initiating polymerization, cross-linking and grafting reaction, the resin (UV coatings, inks, adhesives) in an instant by a liquid into a solid (this change process called UV curing). In the printing process is called UV drying.
UV drying equipment is mainly composed of four parts:
1, source: UV lamp consists of a quartz tube, vacuum, into a certain amount of mercury and an inert gas quantitative filling, 2 ends of each electrode placement, shaping, and then is connected to electrode and ceramic, metal lamp holder and wire and power supply.
The light power control device: the light power control device is composed of magnetic flux leakage step-up transformer, capacitor and a control device.
3, reflecting device: reflection device is composed of a reflecting cover, reflectors, light box is composed of three parts.
4, cooling: cooling device is composed of fan, air or water circulating cooling system.
